While that lounge is landside at T1, you probably won't have time to use it due to the check-in time restriction (since that lounge, like most, requires a boarding pass for your departing flight, and you'll have to grab your boarding pass at exactly T-90, go to T1, go to the lounge, which is on 3/F of T1 in a bit of an out of the way location, and make it back to T2 before T-30 for security).
