Nope. They have "business awards" and "any seat business awards". The former are 95.5k pts each way. (i.e. "low") The latter are around 1.2M pts.
To have days when VA is offering its own frequent flyers all its US routes (SYD-LAX, BNE-LAX and MEL-LAX) for "business awards" while DL never has any of it is pretty close to no partnership at all.
