From the little research I have done and from what I have read on various flyertalk forums "Skytrax" is a joke. I tend to go along with a previous thread that this is a smokescreen being put up by the CO. PR dept. to hide the fact that they received nada from the Freddie Awards which, I think, is the coveted awards that everybody is seeking.
