Well, in the morning on certain days there was quite a line to pickup. I got there twenty minutes early and I was fourth in line. At least a dozen separate customers in line by time time the counter opened (which was ten minutes late). It took me half an hour to get my car from published opening time - so if you got there right at opening I think you'd be sitting there for an hour until you got your car on busy days, such as weekends. Picking up later, after opening, may result in less of a wait. No problem on the late returns.

The car selection was ok. Typical neighborhood location. I liked the loaded Mustang convertible I got. Was less pleased the day I booked Luxury and got a ho-hum Impala. Be aware they DO charge for certain car classes when you cancel within 24/hr. I cancelled within 24/hr on one day and was charged the fee.
