Remember, Peach uses Terminal 2.
Most of the amenities are in Terminal 1.
Terminal 2 is a ghost town until 30 minutes before / after a flight arrives. Not even staff comes around til then.
Yeah, didn't realize that. First time in Japan. Guess that nixes that idea.
