Checking the calendar, they do not appear to be selling Deluxe, City View rooms, which are on the award rate plan, for any date in March at a paid-rate, so they are probably already sold out.
However, if you can find a date where this room type is being sold at a paid rate, let us know the date and we'll be glad to check again.
