It's a stated benefit of F/J tickets. I only fly F/J and haven't had status with DL for some time. Occasionally I end up with domestic BPs printed at some SwissPort outstation in Europe with no markings. The most I've ever had to say was "I'm flying first class". Although these days I'm far more likely to go for the Pre lane.
