I just booked a flight on Peach from KIX to OKA as well. It looks like check in is only by self serve kiosks and they say that you can check in between 90 min to 30 min before departure.

I'm looking into getting into KIX earlier than that to use the lounge. Anyone have any info about this or are they really strict on this time limit?
