Same here, got the letter, called in and was told to snail mail them my DL, SS card, and bank statement.
Since I opened quite a few accounts last year, I am thinking of ignoring this and not send them anything.
Not a huge fan of sticking my DOB, SSN, bank info, and address into an envelope and shipping it across the country.
Oh well, wasted hard pull, could be worse.
