I agree with you on this issue. One of the reasons I let my Alaska Board Room (AKA Alaska Lounge) membership lapse at renewal was because I was increasingly frustrated with the overcrowding by those who are not actually BR members. Well, there also was the issue of the ratty chairs and poor food selections ...
I plan to renew my membership in the future provided Alaska can deal with the overcrowding by limiting access to non-members *and* is they can step up their food and beverage game.
