For those of us heading (or planned to head to) an early morning departure are you seeing issues online/with the app?
Awoke to a 3 hour delay on a flight, notified via text. Logged into APP and no flight. Called DM line and was informed all her callers were having the same issue. Also, reports on @Delta, one out of LA where people were delayed due to computer issues with handwriting of boarding and also a response of an IT problem with the APP. Was told reservation was OK in agents computer; though a possible mess waiting for some this morning since online check in is currently dead.
Might be time for new IT management soon....
This and other IT problems happen too often on DL. So, no more "things happen excuses." Get a new CEO NOW, one who understands that "things happen" and ensure there are backups when they happen.
