It's a flight+hotel, appears below the passenger names - I've never booked a flight+car so can't say on that one but can't imagine it being all that different in terms of template. It only appears on the first e-ticket receipt that I receive for each booking - once I start paying off the rest of the value after the deposit it disappears, which actually seems consistent with when I have to phone up and nag them for it. (I've checked my last five flight+hotel and it's there on each one.)
I had forgotten that I earned extra Avios when booking flights and hotel together. I don't do it very often but I've just looked at a booking I have coming up and you are correct, immediately after the flight details and passenger name there is another row in the table with a field "
Bonus Avios (awarded after travel)".
This booking was paid for in full, so the fact that you only paid a deposit is irrelevant to this information being including in the confirmation/e-Ticket receipt.
