Yup. Had issues with my morning flight ATL-SFO, starting right around 2am eastern. Didn't fully resolve until 4am. Was able to check-in and get boarding pass then. Same story by agent on phone. Reservation was good. Ticket was good, just couldn't bring it up on app/website during that 2-4am window.
