Signature Cocktails
In Venice the Signature Cocktails seem to be the Aperol Spritz and the Bellini.
What are the Signature cocktails of Rome or Naples or elsewhere in Italy? Is the Spritz considered a true cocktail or an aperetivo and, if so, is there a difference?
