The most common problem that I seem to notice and also notice being reported on this thread is overcooked and dry food. This is by no means what happens all the time, but it is the most commonly reported issue IME. It's my sense that this is an issue of how F/A's are prepping food rather than the meal itself. This can be especially true with chicken and fish dishes which really can't handle being overcooked.
