Ukranian Airlines Seat Selection
Booked a flight today that involved Ukraine International Airlines Segments in Business.
I have been unable to select seats

Spoke to UK agent who said their IT was being upgraded and so pre selection was not possible but maybe it will be in the future

Has pre selection ever been available on Ukraine International Airlines?

Even their online check in seems to apply to only a few airports
