Fraud prevention is taken very seriously by many companies, and if you've ever had to call customer service of any company for these kinds of issues, it's clear customer service is never empowered to discuss these issues. Offering her own help or advice could've been seen by HH as impeding the investigation.
Even all that, please do not continue to speculate as to what the reps roll should've been in this situation. The OP is handling it very well on their own, and I look forward to continued updates. Any future posts about the wraps activity or lack of will be promptly deleted.
