I've been Diamond for a year and qualified for Diamond/Globalist for 2017. While staying at a Hyatt this week the staff started bringing me things at breakfast that I hadn't asked for at that hotel, like particular kinds of juice and veggies. At first I thought they were just being randomly nice but it happened the next day, and so I asked how they knew I liked this kind of juice and veggie, and it turned out that they have a file that shows what kinds of requests you've made at other Hyatts.

This is the first time I've had this experience, so I don't know if this is a new program or not or if they just didn't have enough data before.
