Anyone have this experience or know how to solve it:

I bought a ticket from FRA to BOS in Q class and from EWR to MUC in M class.

Thankfully, I was able to use GPUs on both of them and enjoyed the flights.

Unfortunately, MP is now not crediting the flights because LH says that I class (the upgraded Business class) is ineligible for credit.

UA keeps resubmitting it,but I am getting no where. Simply put, I bought Q and M class seats, and because they were upgraded, I'm not getting credit. What's more, this was just before Jan 1, and those miles put me into Platinum which I now don't yet have.

Anyone have anything to say about this? Thanks!
