Find a credit union and do all of your real banking there. You get way better rates and way better customer service than you'll ever get from even the best of banks.

I try to do most of my MS at the for-profit banks, precisely because I don't value their services. I won't be happy if they shut me down, but I won't feel that I've lost access to something really valuable, as I would with my credit union.
