I know a couple people who purchased the pass, but have not yet contacted a law firm about it. AC might have considering honouring passes if they valued them at $2 Million-but in this case I think ACs response was inevitable. The litigation may reveal the actual number of passes sold.
Do you really think AC sold 2490 to 24900 flight passes in that short of time?
