My wife applied for the Hawaiian Air credit card and was given an online denial. She waited until the letter came and it asked her to call to verify some of the information. She called and they wanted copies of the front and back of her DL and SS card as well as an original bank statement or utility bill. The date is to be mailed to "Customer Security".

Anyone have this experience with Barclay in the past??????
