pls state what class of travel u are in,
in regards to open ticketing or pre booking, its up to you - if you itin is fixed just have it all ticketed before hand.
if you are not sure , leave it open. most of the places you are travelling you should be able to work out if its peak season etc . and base your decision on that. Class of service will determine how many other people will be filling that plane.
