Just to clarify so that no one believes incorrectly that they could upgrade any access/membership through the Medallion Choice Benefit program. The only thing you could do is get the "Guest Pass" attached to access; not membership.
So access plus guest pass vs. Executive membership -- the differences in customer experience would be:
--Executive membership allows access even if primary member is flying another airline; access requires that primary member be flying Delta
--It sounds like maybe the guest pass only gets you strictly 2 guests, whereas an Executive membership gets you the choice of that or spouse/partner plus children which could be more than 2 guests total
Anything else I'm missing?
