I'm an inexperienced BA flyer and have a complaint I have filed with customer relations back on January 12. A week later, I got a stock response which means nobody read the actual complaint. I responded to that email two weeks ago and have heard nothing. I have reached out on Twitter and have a response that someone will get back with me.
Is this normal behavior for BA customer relations? Is there a way to escalate it and get someone else's attention?
I appreciate any advice.
