I've now had several more BoB flights. For those worried about logistics, I have not seen any more issue of slow service.

On most flights, intake was very low. 4 people buying on two of the flights, only one with more than 12 sales, not that I care.

What I care about is that my impression that it changes crew/pax interaction is confirmed time and again. One very simple example is that since the change, I haven't had a single case of CSM/CSD coming to great me at GGL pax at the back and asking how the flight is going/if there is anything that they can do, something that used to happen every second/third flight before. SCCMs are probably scared to death that the passenger might ask them for something to drink and that would throw them into a state of panic.

For the most part, however, most flights now work without any interaction bar a formal greeting and an artificial good bye at the door. The rest of the crew are totally uninterested in you if you do not intend to part with some money and the whole experience gives a very definite impression that for BA, you are just a piece of dirt if you are a Y pax. Perhaps it is more than just an impression too.
