liamvad, if you can't get in touch with Finnair using the previous suggestions, you might want to go to
https://www.finnair.com/int/gb/refund
and select "Travel extras" as refund type and then the best fitting option seems to be "Finnair was unable to seat me in a suitable alternative seat. "
