Actually, this looks right. I went to "manage my booking" and then purchase conditions. It's as you said. $150 CAD for cancellations.

Even air canada non-refundable tickets (AFAIK) are just kept as credit for future flights. Too bad it's not easily visible on Eva's site.

I'm tempted to just hit the "apply for refund" and see what happens, but I'd hate to cancel the flights and get nothing back. I'd rather just go if that was the only option...
