I am trying to figure out if I'm eligible for any sort of refund. The flight is YYZ-TPE-BKK-TPE-YYZ. The ticket type is S (economy). Flight departs Tuesday.

So the flight is neither from the USA nor at least 7 days out.

I can "apply for refund" online, but I don't want to click this button yet unless I'm sure I'll get a refund, and what the surcharge is going to be. I don't want to cancel my flight and get nothing back.

Anyone have any experience?
