Thank you. That's very odd because as I said I got mileage every time I upgraded and, besides, the new receipt one gets has the upgraded class designation.
Our problem is that she tossed the email and Delta got confused.
Maybe art.11 only applies to Flying Club members and not to Skymiles ?
