Rafiqi's is okay and each cart is different. But you can't beat their price of $5 for platters. My major gripe when it comes to platters is the meat. Most carts use a low grade mix of lamb and beef. Halal guys to their credit use all beef. If you're on 53rd& park ave, head over to King of Falafel & Shawarma. They are only around during the lunch rush. It's more expensive than all the other carts and its different than the traditional halal carts. Their falafel is the best I had.
