The Club Level rooms at the Ritz Carlton offer access to a very good lounge.
The Central Park location is much nicer than the Battery Park location.
At either location, if you book through the AMEX Fine Hotels and Resorts Program you'll get a $100 credit towards incidentals at the hotel.
