I know they don't bite but I am working on a several routing options since I need to be in 4 cities on a 2 weeks trips to Europe and trying to fit it into a business *A award with one stopover and an open jaw plus maybe an inexpensive flight on top. Thus I wanted to check what my options are. Ended up dropping LHR since I could not get a business return till a week later if I want a little time in London.

On the phone with them for over an hour to get a business *A award and managed to snag one of the LH new business class LH 471 YYZ-FRA. ^
