Comments: it took some doing to get this approved....i sent in the claim but it was denied since the agent said the rate was no longer available....i could still see the rate online so sent in a second claim....that too was denied as the agent again said the rate was no longer available....this time she was right as i couldn't see the rate either....the next day a slightly lower rate was available so i sent in the claim for a third time & it was approved within 4 hours....
