As per the article, we could buy this from Asda supermarkets (UK Walmart subsidiary), for £5 if memory serves. A pleasant, good-value, mid-week quaffing wine.

UK newspaper wine critics are rather good at spotting bargains like this, even without the heavy hint from Decanter. They often write about wines from the cheaper supermarkets, and particularly Aldi and Lidl, that represent great value for money. If you haven't tried a Saturday morning supermarket wine run then you're missing out! A trolley full of bottles at 10am attracts certain looks.
