I don't think I ever did. I know I never signed-on to use the service. My points posted in about two days. After that I called them to cancel. They'll try to convince you to stay, but after a few "last chances" that you'll miss out on all their benefits, they'll cancel you. They didn't even bill me the $1 for the free 30 day trial.
