My point was that such reports should be taken in context of the forum that they are being posted, the motivation for the post and consideration on whether this is then a true reflection of the product. I'm sorry you feel that is nonsense, I think it is logical and fair, indeed I would hope that nobody would decide their view of anything in the world just by listening to one person, or type of source.

In answer to your direct question, they are skewed as most negative posts on here generally just omit anything that wasn't negative (as oppose to someone who is writing a TR for example, which tend to be more balanced). I don't think people pour crumbs on their seat or damage furniture no, but I do think they find the worst example of furniture to take a picture of to post for example.

I simple have no idea what you mean by saying I confused my first-hand experience during the first MF industrial action, care to enlighten me (within the realms of FT rules rather than as a personal attack please), from memory, I posted to thank the MF for the flight, and for BA for being proactive in awarding 10K Avios for the CW food that was served in F (and I'm happy to report that the 10K Avios posted onto my account on the 16th Jan. Personally, I feel that the only people who were confused by this were people who think they know better than the person who actually had the experience, easily done though.

Not muddling anything - just pointing out that other people offer valid points of view and should not be belittled as you were trying to do. If your seat is dirty or the service is bad, that's all that matters. The fact that you have great experiences for BA is terrific for you.

Your own posts indicate you were confused about what you experienced...
