Been in a rush to burn my DSU's by 2/28, so I have two rooms at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, each with a DSU applied to get to the Grand Suite for an upcoming family trip. I believe this property has adjoining suites, but the agent wasn't able to confirm those for me when I called in to apply the DSUs (but did make a note). Does anybody have any suggestions for the best way to optimize my chances of getting the adjoining suites?
All that you can do is call the hotel directly and make the request. Also, you can make a note on both reservations for connecting rooms to other reservation number. I've been able to request a connecting room for a suite that I had before. It was a suite and a regular room and our friends were staying in the regular room. We were able to share the living room area.
