Live in Lome.
Never been to the Kempinski but have excellent reviews of the Labadi Beach Hotel.
It's with Legacy Group (South African Company), so If you're looking for Points the Kempisnki could be worth a try.

Otherwise stick with Labadi and you shouldn't be disappointed.
