Is this an issue to be concerned? Is there a chance that the hotel won't honor the rate even though I print out the BRG Email?
I've had over 100 BRG stays. Sometimes this happens. If you show the BRG e-mail at check-in and check-out they should still adjust; if for any reason they don't--just e-mail the BRG team within two weeks of checkout. I've never had an issue, even when the rate isn't modified.
