I have just upgraded my outbound and inbound flight from MAN-LHR-BOS from prem economy to Club World using my avios, shows as selling class T on the tickets in MMB.

As this is an upgrade using Avios, am I entitled to use the lounges at LHR and BOS as there is no option on MMB where it says Lounge but does show on my MAN-LHR and LHR-MAN route hence me questioning if I do get access or not?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
