WN is probably not a true low-cost airline anymore, but more of a hybrid.

- Many of their workers - pilots, flight attendants, etc. are on parity or above UA, AA, DL in wages
- Their fare are often higher than the major airlines
- Significant hubbing
They still have a lot of LCC features:
- Single aircraft fleet type
- Lot's of point-to-point flights
- Limited services (i.e. - seat assignments)
Allegiant and Spirit would be better examples of true LCCs that are flying into underserved markets and offering lower fares in popular markets.
? Just saw an & 84 (bags and all) R/T. LCCs also do raise prices as inventory sells out
