DFW-HNL is one of the safest: no narrow body has the range for that flight, so it is always operated by a 763 or other wide body. As others have noted, A330s often fly from PHL to Florida and the Caribbean in winter. I know PHL-MCO has had A330s regularly.

LAX-MIA routinely has multiple wide bodies a day sold as three-class. Being a flagship route, I don't know how easy upgrades are on that route.
