Is that really a downgrade? We have stayed in one of these and thought it was really nice. Even had a kitchenette. I think they routinely charge $100 more per night than the Splash Suite for these. I think the true game here is there are only 4 Terrace Suites whereas there are 6 or 7 splash suites.
