Twice I've passed out a business card to different FAs and asked they send me an email address so I could send on a JWD cert. Only one did but when I got the email address, I sent a scanned copy of the cert to them and they were able to enter the code once they got it. Otherwise I just tweet to @Delta mention the flt number/day and tell them what a great job the FA did. @Delta normally thanks me and says they will relay it. I doubt they get points for a tweet but hopefully it does some good.
