Unfortunately not. You can use avios for flights, and you can use avios for hotels, but you can't yet use avios for BA Holidays flight+hotel deals.

It's possible BA may introduce this feature in future - they have been experimenting a lot with part payment options over the past couple of years - but it's not there as yet.

You do at least get a small amount of bonus avios for BA Holidays bookings, if that is worth factoring into your calculations.
