Well the 160 TPs would be a mistake if it was a pure Upgrade using Avios, so tread carefully!
The lack of provision at KEF is well known, and I personally would have not arrived quite so early to the airport (no more than an hour before departure ideally, Iceland doesn't do traffic jams), so I don't think that gets you very far. Lounge provision there is effectively the monopoly of a rival airline and the ground staff aren't BA, outside London you won't come across many BA groundstaff anywhere these days. The onboard experience is fair game, not least because you could compare the outbound with the return and see a very big contrast. If you are going to complain, then you perhaps could highlight the fact that the first sector was so good. I doubt you'd get more than a few thousand Avios back, at best. You could take the matter further if you really want, but the list of complaints you give may make it difficult to get traction in terms of materiality. It's quite a long sector so I don't know why there wasn't a drinks run first (though the time of the flight may be a factor there).
