The usual method (bring up existing res via modify res, log in into account, modify pick up time and confirm) does not seem to work anymore. What happens is that by logging on the page on the current reservation disappears. Are there any workarounds around it?

I also tried logging in first but cannot retrieve an existing reservation from there.
