Spouse and I will travel to Barcelona this summer. We have reserved the Ritz-Carlton's Arts Hotel, using points. Husband is Plat. with Marriott. Can anyone share your experience so we know what to expect? Thank you!

(or experience using MR points at any R-C...How were you received, etc....)
