p.s. - You may want to look into this as well... I noticed that you are located in Canada. How about signing up with http://www.vonage.ca For $20/month you get 500 mins. of calls to USA or Canada. Or, for $35/month you get unlmited calls! It works through your DSL or Cable modem service....

I think this is pretty standard...I have USCellular and it also includes unlimited calls to anywhere in 50 states for no extra charges and also have 7pm-7am and all weekend for free.
